Our motel rooms are 100% smoke-free.  This includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, marijuana, and e-cigarettes/vape pens.  Candles and incense are also not

allowed to be used in our rooms.  Violation of this policy will result in a fine of no less than $250 and eviction with no refund issued.

No cooking, cooking appliances, combustibles, or fireworks are allowed in our rooms.  Except for the microwave provided, preparation of food in guest

rooms by any type of cooking appliance is prohibited.  A minimum fee of $300.00 will be charged for cooking in a room.

No visitors are allowed after 10:00 PM.  In-room parties are not allowed.

If you bring any sort of infestation with you, we will charge you for dealing with it.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.  We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding shenanigans.  If you are acting like a bozo, we

will evict you and no refund will be issued.  Fees will be charged for late check-out and early departure.

 

You are liable for any damage, howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room(s), motel's premises, or property

caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay.  Petersen Property Company, LLC DBA Timberline Lodge reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge or debit the credit/debit card such amounts as

it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by Petersen Property Company, LLC

DBA Timberline Lodge as a result of the aforesaid.  Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby

authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the motel property during your stay, including and without

limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc.  We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting a specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss due to any cause.  Use of the swingset is at your own risk.
